3. Can I bring my own parts?

Typically, no. To ensure quality and warranty coverage, we only install parts we source ourselves. In special cases, customer-supplied parts may be accepted, but this must be pre-approved.

For quick jobs, you’re welcome to wait in our clean customer lounge. For longer repairs, we recommend booking ahead and leaving your vehicle to ensure the work is completed efficiently and correctly.
